Firemate is able to design, supply and install conventional and addressable fire detection systems to the current BS 58039 (SABS0139) rules for all types of applications such as L1, L2, L3, P1, P2 and M which are the various design standards for life safety and property protection with evacuation Systems. All CO2, FM200, Innergen, Argonite and other Inert Fire Protection gases are designed to BS 6266 and ISO 14520.
Firemate is a registered and approved sprinkler installer with the Automatic Sprinkler Inspection Bureau (ASIB), registered in the category as %quote;Installer%quote; with in-house designers, a fabrication workshop and pipe fitters.
All Systems are designed to one of the following standards: SABS 0287, ASIB, NFPA or BS/EN.
Special risks such as Transformers, Lube Packs and Conveyors are designed to conform to NFPA 15 or FM as per the client or consultant requirements.
